Day 3 of #GOBA - Wind, hills, and a flat tire on the way from Shelby to Wooster. Super pleasant temperatures in the low 70s! #ShelbyBicycleMuseum Wet ‘n Wild on Day 2 of #GOBA along the farm roads from Norwalk to Shelby. Thanks to @baforrer @all_around_cyclery for the @teravail Rampart tires! The 650Bx47 are perfect on my @salsacycles #SalsaJourneyer for the #GOBA routes. Day 1 of #GOBA done! 46 flat to gently rolling miles from Norwalk to Huron and back. Beautiful cool sunny skies! As I prepare for my first #GOBA starting this weekend, here's a #TBT to the one and only time I rode in @outdoor_pursuits other marquee event, #TOSRV - way back in 2004. I have been told that the weather that year was the best it ever was before or since ... temps in the 80s and very little wind. The friends I rode with were a group of brief riding acquaintances during my last year or two of living in #Pittsburgh. I know one of them is no longer with us; I don't know anything about the rest. #BikeCommuting #Route8Gravel #FallsGravel #RitcheyAscent Finally took the @bikefriday #AllPacka on its first #bikepacking overnight trip this weekend on a pedal & paddle adventure from Akron to Canal Fulton and back. TL;DR is the bike worked flawlessly, handled just as well when loaded as it does when unloaded (if not better).
